Funny how this is NOT happening to Hawaii, California, Vermont, and Massachusetts.
- Hawaii, California, and Vermont all have, in the order listed, progressively more encompassing civil unions.
- Massachusetts has marriage for all persons regardless of sexual orientation.
- The big meaniehead homophobic assholes keep saying that God will smite those who permit such things.
- Please forgive me, but isn't Kansas the place where Phelps lives, where same-sex marriage is specifically not ok according to their constitution. That is also where they had Tornadoes AND Blizzards.
Not that I am specifically espousing that there is any smiting going on, but...

Right now, I need something to go well in my life.
- After years of trying, not trying... wanting to, and being content without it, I really just want to wake up in the morning and know my parents love their gay son.
- In related news - accepting or not, it would be great to see them. I have not since... umm.. its been a while.. a long while for me. Although, the road does work both ways and they haven't been to Laramie in lots longer.
- I need a job for next summer. Due to my own nature and some miscommunication, I honestly don't feel like I have even come close to talking to enough people who might, maybe, in the right circumstances hire me for a law related job - those who I have talked to, have not contacted me, nor are they required to for some time - I NEED a law related job.
- I am so unbelievably tired of waking up at 7am and working until 5 only to realize that I still have no less than 3 more hours of homework in front of me. No really my free time during the week for the last MONTH has amounted to lunch, dinner, and maybe a little TV or gaming here and there.
- My apartment is a mess, and due to my efforts on the last two fronts it is not getting any cleaner.
- Saturday does not constitute a FULL weekend. However my Sundays generally involve - eat, grocery store, and homework.
- My job doesn't even come close to paying me enough to get by. It might, had I more time, more energy, and were permitted to work more than 20 hrs a week, while the time thing is sooooo not my job's fault... my paycheck sucks!!!
- I don't know who decided a University doesn't NEED a fall break, but they are morons! They clearly are not functioning in this world where in order to get by you have no "Quiet Home LIFE."
If I seem irritable or a little aloof.. it's probably not your fault.
